We examine the evidence, which could be photographs initially, or more likely lens samples, with a range of sophisticated diagnostic techniques, depending upon the complexity or rarity of the problem and use our expertise and experience to identify the root cause and recommend a course of action. In many cases, a basic evaluation can identify the issue and our experts will quickly explain the actions required to eliminate the problem.
