How Does it Work?
For an annual contract fee (invoiced monthly), our expert team will provide you with ongoing process support on an as-needed basis. The service includes trouble shooting access to deal with:
- Defect Analysis
- Colour Corrections
- Performance analysis reviews
- Process analysis reviews
And if your ZEISS expert cannot resolve the issue remotely, this service also includes on-site support to resolve the process issue.
